Townewest Recreation Center

Townewest Recreation Center offers the following Amenities to it's members. 

1. Clubhouse

Homeowners and Tenants:  The clubhouse is available for rental! Please contact Cathy Hooper with Sterling Association Services, Inc. 11201 Lake Woodbridge Drive Sugar Land, TX 77498 Office: 832-678-4500 Fax: 832-678-5396 or email: townewesthoa@sterlingasi.com   All reservations must be made between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please note that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. A $200.00 rental fee and $350.00 deposit must accompany all reservations.

2. Pool

The Townewest Pool HOA will be open from Noon to 8pm from Tuesday thru Sunday for the 2026 Season. The pool is CLOSED every Monday

3. Sport Courts

We're excited to share that our sports courts will soon be undergoing renovations to enhance the space and improve your experience.

While work is in progress, there may be temporary closures or limited access to the courts. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these improvements.

4. Gulfstream Park

Gulfstream Park is hereby closed to the public to allow for scheduled renovations and improvements. Construction and refurbishment activities are currently underway to enhance the safety, functionality, and overall experience of the park for all Townewest HOA residents.

The Association anticipates the park will reopen in September 2026, contingent upon project progress and weather conditions.

We recognize that this temporary closure may cause inconvenience, and the Townewest HOA Board of Directors sincerely appreciates your patience and understanding during this period. These improvements are an important investment in our community’s long-term value and enjoyment.
