Gulfstream Park remains closed to the public to allow for scheduled renovations and improvements.
Construction and refurbishment activities are currently underway to enhance the safety, functionality, and overall experience of the park for all Townewest HOA residents.
The Association anticipated that the park would reopen in September 2026. However, new developments regarding the MUD#2 project progress and new interpretations of the Side Letter Agreement signed in 2025 are the causes for the delay.
We recognize that this temporary closure may cause inconvenience, and the Townewest HOA Board of Directors sincerely appreciates your patience and understanding during this period.
These improvements are an important investment in our community’s long-term value and enjoyment.
